BeyondTrust integrates with ServiceNow Change Management, Incident Management and Configuration Management Database. The integration allows a privileged user to launch a BeyondTrust access session from a record in ServiceNow. Once the session ends, details about the access session, including a link to the video recording, are appended to the record in ServiceNow. Records in ServiceNow Change Management also show all historical access sessions.
