The BlueVoyant Supply Chain Defense (SCD) integration allows ServiceNow clients to seamlessly access the cyber risk scores, findings, and emerging vulnerabilities for their third parties from SCD directly within ServiceNow. This integration helps clients safeguard their organizations by identifying, managing, and mitigating security risks associated with third parties.
The technology-driven service provides continuous monitoring across the client’s third-party ecosystem, detecting cyber risks including emerging zero-day vulnerabilities—that could impact both the client and their partners.
The BlueVoyant Supply Chain Defense integration enables organizations to:
- Leverage the BlueVoyant dashboard in ServiceNow to monitor risks and drive remediation efforts.
- Access detailed cyber risk insights, including overall and category scores, detected findings, and emerging vulnerabilities.
- Track risk score impacts, escalation status, and analyst comments for documented vulnerabilities.
- Capture third-party responses to emerging vulnerabilities, including acknowledgments, escalations, and remediation actions.
- Synchronize third-party information with BlueVoyant cyber risk data and document emerging vulnerabilities linked to Third Party profiles.

Other Requirements:- The solution requires the client be an active SCD client with a valid and active API and with companies under monitoring with BlueVoyant
- To keep data in sync with BlueVoyant, each third party profile within SNOW will need to have the relevant BVID for that company added in that profile. BVID’s are available in the SCD portal.
