AWS Security Hub findings integration application allows ServiceNow end-users to view their AWS Security Hub findings in their ServiceNow ITSM environment. Customers can configure their application to integrate findings into their incident or problems tables allowing them to operationalize the investigation and response of their AWS security findings.
AWS Security Hub supports a native integration to send security findings to customers’ ServiceNow ITSM environment. The AWS Security Hub v2 app allows customers to collect the full details about a Security Hub finding, view the details about the finding, and integrate the findings into their Incident or Problem workflows.
This integration allows customers to integrate AWS Security Hub findings into their existing operational processes, ensuring that their AWS security findings can be properly triaged and resolved.
This release is the initial version of the app.
This integration is built to work with the ServiceNow ITSM product.
Other Requirements:In addition to installing the AWS Security Hub V2 app customers must also define a ServiceNow OAuth application. Guidance on configuring an OAuth app is included in the AWS Security Hub documentation.
Customers must also configure a connection to their ServiceNow environment in AWS Security Hub. Guidance on this configuration is included in the AWS Security Hub documentation.
