Improvements
Updates to Request fixed service request
Continued improvements for Request fixed service provider action to ensure key inputs required to successfully order a new circuit are available out-of-the-box. This release, selection of Data Center, Quantity of DIDs/TNs, MTU size, Media type and VLAN fields are now available on the form. Upon validating the service via TPT validation process, all these details will continue to get populated on Service level, ensuring key properties of Service can be easily managed.
Bulk creation of Provider Quotes for multiple Locations at a time
Provider Quotes can now be created in bulk across multiple locations. The previous limitation requiring all requests to belong to the same location has been removed, enabling faster multi-site quote generation and improved operational efficiency.
Skipping email request to progress the Provider Quote
Users can now skip sending an email when progressing a Provider Quote, allowing the process to continue when the quote is handled through alternative channels such as carrier portals or direct calls. This improves flexibility and avoids unnecessary communications.
Migration from workflow to Flow Designer
Fixed procurement workflows were migrated from legacy Workflow Editor engine to the modern Flow Designer technology. This aligns our platform with the current ServiceNow recommended framework.
