CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence integrates with the Threat Intelligence application to provide data enrichment for observables. This integration is now available only on ServiceNow® Store.
- The CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence workflow, which performs a lookup on selected observables.
- Reputation results of the looked-up observables.
Fixed:
- The CrowdStrike Indicators API now incorporates indicator types in threat lookup, resulting in improved malicious confidence.
Before you can use the CrowdStrike Falcon Intelligence integration, the Threat Intelligence plugin must be installed and activated.
Other Requirements:
Upgrade information: If you are upgrading the integration from a previous version (10.3.1), you must delete the existing configuration and set up a new one. The new integration supports OAuth 2.0 authentication. This update requires you to enter the API Client ID and the API Client Secret to authenticate and complete the configuration.
