Integrate Service Model Foundation with Quote Management to enable business organizations to optimize the end-to-end quoting lifecycle.
Quote management for business organizations enables sales agents and business organization staff to create and manage quotes on behalf of customers throughout the end-to-end life cycle. The integration with Service Model Foundation connects quote management to downstream processes such as sales orders and related workflows.
The integration supports the following capabilities:
- Create quotes for customers through channel partners.
- Update and manage quotes for business organizations.
- Track quote details, including seller and buyer information.
New:
- A Business Organization can now act as a Buyer organization. This enhancement enables Business Organizations to be designated as valid buyers on the quote entities, allowing internal users to create and manage quotes on behalf of Internal Organizations.
- A new sales representative role has been introduced for business-to-business organizations. This role provides users with the appropriate access to view and manage quotes relevant to their organization.
