The SIG Questionnaire Integration application provides integration of Shared Assessments' Standardized Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaire with Third-party Risk Management.
Through this integration, the third-party contact can upload a completed SIG spreadsheet or use a form-based questionnaire that is imported to the instance. The supported SIG questionnaires are available in the GRC: SIG Questionnaire application on the ServiceNow Store.
The SIG Questionnaire Integration plug-in includes the following content:
- SIG 2021 Content (All)
- SIG 2022 Content (All)
- SIG 2023 Content (All)
- SIG 2024 Content (All)
- SIG 2025 Content (All)
- Fixed
- An issue where the admin role could not update certain fields has been resolved.
The following plugins must be installed and active:
- Third-party Risk Management (Previously GRC: Vendor Risk Management)
Permissions and roles:
- Role required to install the app: System admin (admin)
When you upgrade the SIG Questionnaire Integration application, make sure to upgrade the GRC: Vendor Risk Management Workspace app and any other installed GRC applications to the equivalent release version. For example, SIG Questionnaire Integration version 18.x is certified to work with Third-party Risk Management version 18.x and other version 18.x GRC applications.
