Multi-Day Task Scheduling enables you to create, schedule, visualize, and execute work that spans more than one calendar day, all within a single work order task record. Instead of splitting long-duration work into separate daily tasks, you can track extended jobs, such as major installations, infrastructure deployments, or multi-shift repairs, from start to finish in one record.
The application intelligently calculates realistic estimated end dates by factoring in resource availability, working hours, overtime policies, and site access windows — giving dispatchers the confidence to plan complex work and ensuring field agents receive schedules they can actually execute.
