This application integrates Service Model Foundation with Order Management to optimize the end-to-end order fulfillment life cycle.
The integration of Service Model Foundation with Order Management enables you to manage and fulfill customer orders. It also empowers channel partner staff to create, modify, and track orders throughout the order life cycle.
You can create orders for specific business locations, enabling business location staff to monitor and manage their orders effectively.
The integration supports the following capabilities:
- Create orders for business locations
- Modify and manage orders for business locations
- Track order details, including seller and buyer information
New:
- A Business Organization can now act as a Buyer Organization. This enhancement enables Business Organizations to be designated as valid buyers on the order entities, allowing internal users to create and manage orders on behalf of Internal Organizations.
