Manage your work, task assignments, requests, approvals, and other follow-up actions for GRC applications directly from your mobile device. Receive timely notifications for current alerts, as well as risk and compliance status for your critical assets, vendors, and impacted essential business services.
With the Policy and Compliance module on the GRC mobile app, you can perform the following functions:
- Approve or reject pending policies and policy exception approvals.
- View your team's overdue and unassigned work, such as remediation tasks, attestations, and indicator tasks.
- View items that are assigned to you, such as attestations, controls, policies, issues, and remediation tasks.
With the Risk module on the GRC mobile app, you can perform the following functions:
- Approve or reject pending risks and risk acceptance approvals.
- View your team's overdue and unassigned work, such as issues, remediation tasks, assessments, and indicator tasks.
- View items that are assigned to you, such as assessments, risks, issues, and remediation tasks.

- The Mobile dependency plugins (com.glide.sg and com.glide.sg.agent_native_client) must be installed and activated.
Permissions and roles:
- Role required to install the apps: System admin (admin).
- Roles required to view the Policy and Compliance and Risk Management modules on the GRC mobile app: compliance manager (sn_compliance.manager) and risk manager (sn_risk.manager).
The ServiceNow® Agent app is required on your mobile device.
This ServiceNow Agent app is available on the Apple iOS App Store and the Google Play Store. Install this app on your mobile device.
In your Now Platform instance, to verify the plugins (com.glide.sg and com.glide.sg.agent_native_client) and the core applications are installed and activated:
- In your Now Platform instance, navigate to Plugins.
- Search for the plugin IDs (com.glide.sg and com.glide.sg.agent_native_client) or an application name (GRC: Mobile).
- If they are not activated, activate these plugins and applications.
