The AIOps Dashboards application provides a unified, modern experience for all ITOM AIOps-related dashboards within the Service Operations Workspace. It supports multiple ITOM personas with different needs:
- Admins who monitor and troubleshoot daily operations (e.g., event and alert processing, ACC agent health, HLA operations).
- Executives who focus on the business outcomes of IT operations.
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) such as Linux admins, Azure admins, and DBAs, who monitor infrastructure and view performance metrics for specific technologies.
AIOps dashboards are built using ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) and leverage reusable components (PA data visualizations) to enable customization. All dashboards can be duplicated and edited as needed.
