Recommendation
For full functionality, especially when using new features, we recommend installing SmartChange SP7 HF06 alongside this release. In particular, SP7 HF06 includes a bug fix for the new feature that allows reassigning modifiable transports to a Project/Destination directly from ServiceNow.

- To use the integration, the user requires the role x_real3_app1.SM.
- Administration modules from the REALTECH SmartChange menu require the role x_real3_app1.SM_admin.
Integration Setup
- The integration is enabled on Incident and Change Requests via Related Links: Smart Change.
- The integration will show on the view "Default view".
REALTECH SmartChange
This integration requires a licensed installation of REALTECH SmartChange Transport Management. SmartChange must be installed and configured in your SAP landscape before the ServiceNow integration can be activated.
